Finance Manager
FINANCE MANAGER
The Position of Finance Manager will include, but is not limited to, the following duties:
- Maintains charge accounts to include, setting up new accounts, establishing credit limits, monitors aging and balances
- Posts all received on account payments and account credit memos
- Prints and mails account statements each month
- Handles any tax exemptions and W9’s ensuring the proper paperwork is in place
- Enters daily cash postings ensuring they balance, maintains cash tills, ensures credit card deposits balance each day
- Works with Inventory Manager to receive all PO’s and makes sure that they match to an invoice
- Is responsible for totaling internal invoices daily and posting checks monthly on internal accounts
- Transfers monthly internal fuel postings
- Works with the Business Manager on Profit and Loss
- Maintain a friendly and helpful manner at all times
- Handles customer complaints in a positive and constructive manner
- Answers phones, cleans, assists others as needed
- Strong communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- The ability to multitask
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Proficient on a computer, working with Microsoft Office
