Chamber Lunch & Learn

After two years we're very excited to bring back Lunch & Learns to our Chamber Members and Community! We would like to thank our returning sponsor Keweenaw Coop for their sponsorship and for catering our monthly Lunch & Learns.

We're partnering with the Better Business Bureau Serving Eastern Michigan & The Upper Peninsula to host a Lunch & Learn on "Online Business Reputation Management."

About Online Business Reputation Management Presentation: BBB presenters will discuss all of the different ways Better Business Bureau helps businesses manage their online reputation. We will discuss the process of vetting reviews and complaints, the mediation and arbitration services we offer, and the importance of our Customer Engagement Specialists and how they manage business’s online profiles.
 
The Presenters: Ms. Mel Leonard, Educational Foundation Manager: Mel has been with BBB for about 4 years. She has spent most of that time working in the Data Integrity department until a few months ago when she was promoted to the Educational Foundation Manager.
Ashley Gibbard, Marketing Manager: Ashley has been with BBB for a little over 3 years. She has worked her way up in the marketing department, going from Digital Media Specialist to Marketing Coordinator to now Marketing Manager.
