We will discuss the process of vetting reviews and complaints\, the mediation and arbitration services we offer\, and the importance of our Customer Engagement Specialists and how they manage business's online profiles.\n\n \n\nThe Presenters: Ms. Mel Leonard\, Educational Foundation Manager: Mel has been with BBB for about 4 years. She has spent most of that time working in the Data Integrity department until a few months ago when she was promoted to the Educational Foundation Manager.\n\nAshley Gibbard\, Marketing Manager: Ashley has been with BBB for a little over 3 years.
