Office Manager
Omega House of Houghton has an opening for an office manager to provide a full range of office management duties include:
  • day-to-day running to the office
  • Point of the first contact for volunteers, families, staff, etc.
  • administrative support of the Director
  • accounts management
  • payroll
  • production of financial reports

This position will suit you if you have good interpersonal and office management skills. You must enjoy working independently and have organizational and problem-solving experience.

Applicants must have:
  • experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office including word and excel
  • strong accounting and bookkeeping skills
  • excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • a positive disposition

The candidate will need to be flexible and have prior experience in an office setting; a medical office setting preferred, as well as knowledge of general office practices.
