Copper Country Community Arts Center 126 Quincy Street, Hancock MI 49930 Copper Country Community Arts Center?s Annual Parade of Confections Looking for a special treat for Valentine?s Day? The Parade of Confections, a live auction of gourmet desserts, is an important annual fundraiser for the Copper Country Community Arts Center in Hancock. The event will take place on Friday, February 12th from 6-9pm at the Finnish American Heritage Center Hall at 435 Quincy Street in Hancock. Tickets are $10 each and available at the Arts Center or at the door. The live auction will begin at 6:30pm sharp. This year?s auctioneer is Brad Baltensperger with music by Mike Irish. The evening will also include a silent auction of jewelry & art, individual desserts for sale, libations, and hors d'oeuvres. People may bid on desserts individually or in groups. The event is supported in part by Minnesota Public Radio. The Copper Country Community Arts Center is a non profit arts organization dedicated to fostering an environment where the arts and people grow together.
