On July 25th from 6-8pm we will be gathering at Paavola Wetlands & Homestead site for a group stewardship effort! We believe many hands make light work and together we hope to progress our orchard restoration project, manage our native & invasive species populations, clear some brush, lay some mulch and prepare for next years homestead garden! No Sign up necessary. Please bring personal work gloves (we have gloves available if needed), water, preferred tools, snacks, sunblock/sunhats, and bug repellant. Please Contact Jill Fisher if you have a Chainsaw your are willing to bring or let us use or if you have any questions or concerns. Jill@Keweenawlandtrust.org If weather, bugs, and interest permits we will be following our work day with a community bonfire, song share, and story telling following 8pm when we conclude our stewardship efforts!
