Keweenaw Pridefest

Keweenaw Pridefest is returning for our fourth year to celebrate LGBTQIA+ pride in the Keweenaw! This year's theme is Rainbow Connections ???? We invite you to join us for live music from Arika Rose, Addicus, Bimbo, and Bees!x6, lawn games, balloon animals, face painting, and community tabling. The clothing swap is returning, so bring your gently used clothing and accessories! We will also have a stamp rally, where the first 300 people to complete it get a prize! In the spirit of Rainbow Connections, there will be a community art project at Pridefest inspired by the AIDS quilt. You can create your own quilt square with materials donated by our community. A limited amount of refreshments will be available for no cost (thank you Keweenaw Co+op!), along with food for purchase from Bosio Biscuit Co., Copper Island Bagel Company, Superior Cupcakes, and Doozers. This year, there will be a shuttle from Keweenaw Adventure Company with stops in Houghton, Hancock, and Calumet. Admission for attendees is FREE, and this event is open to the public.
